Each Saturday Session includes: A time of prayer and scripture reflection, followed by a physical training session modified to meet and challenge each participant (we literally have a physically challenged dude grind with us every week), if at the beach we have a "waterproofing" session, then we end with a time of brutally honest masculine communication regarding challenges encountered by men and families in modern society.

These sessions are recommended for men between the ages of 21 and up, and we ESPECIALLY ENCOURAGE current and former FIRST RESPONDERS, MILITARY PERSONNEL and/or CONTRACTORS to come out, stay fresh and "cope" in a productive environment that keeps you from taking frustrations back home. Otherwise, we simply want EVERY MAN seeking positive personal change, and admitting that they need to level up NOW!
